Christmas Lunch 2026
appetizer
Kuller carpaccio served with fried capers, horseradish cream separated with dill oil, pickled cranberries, and fresh herbs.
Main course
Confit duck leg served on aromatic lentil ragout along with crispy Christmas salads, potatoes, and orange sauce.
Beautiful terrine of winter cabbage and celeriac from Stensbølgård, with creamy mushroom bisque.
Add-on +75 DKK. Rolled roast filled with prunes, apples, and of course with crispy crackling.

Sagafjord’s Christmas lunch takes place at the quay in Roskilde Harbor aboard our beautiful old ship. The salons can be rented by arrangement.
Individual wishes and considerations are taken into account. The menu is created by our skilled chefs and must be pre-ordered through booking. See the menu below. The date and arrival time are arranged with booking. The event must end by 11:00 PM at the latest.
We want to let you know that the ship will be docked all winter and therefore will not be sailing from November 2nd and for the rest of 2026. Minimum booking for a Christmas lunch party is 25 people, and the menu must be pre-ordered through the booking.

The restaurant stays open through the winter and serves an a la carte menu for lunch every weekend. No table reservation needed – walk in, stop by the harbor
