For reservations either online, by mail or by phone, a deposit equal to the price of the sailing ticket is required. Unless otherwise agreed, food and drinks are paid on board.

We accept cash and credit cards. Payments made with foreign credit cards are subject to the credit card company’s fee

When you reserve a table, you automatically book and pay for the sailing ticket.

For groups of 1-10 people, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the cruise in order to receive a refund of the deposit paid. This can be done via its confirmation email. Larger groups have different conditions, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

If you are a party of more than 15 people, the food must be ordered in advance. Special considerations for allergies or vegan or vegetarian preferences are also welcome.

We open the gangway 15 min before departure (and not before), and sail exactly according to the sailing schedule, so come in good time. Please note that the seating plan is made in advance, and therefore it is not advisable to arrive early to get on board faster.

There is a large parking lot at the port, which is free of charge. However, we recommend that you arrive in good time, as there can be many other guests parking here – especially on hot days during the summer.

Come in good time, the parking lot is used by many. Bus 203 & 207 run from Roskilde Station to the port.

We cannot promise you a window seat. This is because we need to have all the tables to fit the number of guests and parties on the day, and of course we want to give everyone the best experience.
You are welcome to contact us to have it noted in your booking, but we cannot guarantee it.

Children from 0-9 years are free (Max 2 children per adult), but please note that when booking a table, a deposit of DKK 139,- per person is charged. for everyone in the company – REGARDLESS OF AGE. The deposit will be deducted from the total bill when you pay on board.

Due to safety on board, it is important to buy a ticket/reserve a table for everyone – even for very young children who do not require a chair. Please write the age of the children in the comments box and whether you want a highchair.

You are allowed to bring a stroller/pushchair on board, but we cannot guarantee that the stroller can be placed near your table. We also cannot guarantee a quiet place where it will be possible for the child to sleep.

We can accommodate diets and allergies, provided they are communicated in advance. If nothing is stated, the menu is fixed and we are unable to make changes on the day.
The deposit is refundable if tables are canceled at least 72 hours before the reservation.

We welcome people with walking difficulties and wheelchair users, but unfortunately the ship’s doors are too narrow for electric wheelchairs. When booking a table, please let us know if there are people with walking difficulties or wheelchair users in your party – we will take this into account when placing the table.

Unfortunately, dogs and pets are not allowed on board Sagafjord (guide dogs excepted).
