Payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT and fees. All prices are in DKK. Sagafjord A/S which owns and operates M/S Sagafjord uses approved payment server, it encrypts all your card details with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that you cannot read the information provided.
Delivery
Delivery is made on all working days, for orders by e-mail received before 12:00. If you have not received your tickets within 2 working days, please contact us by email:

Information on e-mail address
If the e-mail address on the order is not correct, Sagafjord A/S does not accept responsibility for the shipment or possible loss of the shipment.
Reservations
Sagafjord A/S reserves the right to make typing errors in relation to information about prices, times, etc.
Buying tickets outside www.sagafjord.dk
Sagafjord A/S does not accept responsibility for the validity of tickets that may have been purchased through www.sagafjord.dk
Right of withdrawal
According to the Act on Certain Consumer Contracts § 17 (2) cf. § Section 9(2)(2a), the purchase of tickets is not covered by the right of withdrawal. Therefore, you cannot cancel your purchase and get a refund for tickets purchased on www.sagafjord.dk
Cancellation
Check the information on the ticket, including the event, date, time and place.In the event that Sagafjord A/S cancels, the full amount will be refunded. A change of date is considered a cancellation. Partial completion can be considered a cancellation if only less than half of the performance in question has been completed.

You can pay via www.sagafjord.dk with the following payment methods and payment cards: Dankort, VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, Eurocard and MobilePay.
Personal data
To purchase tickets via www.sagafjord.dk, please provide your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. Personal data (name, address, etc.) are stored and transmitted in a closed system. This information cannot be accessed from the internet.

Resale of tickets
You may not resell your ticket for commercial purposes According to the Act on the resale of tickets for cultural and sporting events, it is not allowed to sell and resell tickets at an inflated price in Denmark. This means, among other things, that it is forbidden to resell tickets for profit. However, you can legally transfer your ticket to another person to
face value.
Tickets may not be used commercially for package sales, competitions, resale or similar.
Illegal copying or resale of tickets may result in you being refused entry to the event. Sagafjord A/S is not responsible for any inconvenience or problems caused by illegal copying and/or resale of tickets.
Binding agreement
The sales contract is governed by the general rules of Danish law. A binding agreement is not concluded until Sagafjord A/S has received your payment.
