Celebrate this year’s Christmas party on beautiful Sagafjord. We turn up the Christmas cheer and the gastronomic level. Expect a pier decorated with fairy lights and fir trees. A beautifully set Christmas table in the atmospheric salons that exude Christmas spirit.
You can expect Christmas dishes with a modern twist created by our skilled chefs. The food is prepared from scratch using Danish and local ingredients. We have produced our own Christmas schnapps and offer beers from local breweries to match the menu.

The food is served with rye bread baked on Svedjerug and sourdough wheat bread and butter with Læsø Sydesalt.
- Fried herring the way grandpa loves it. Served with homemade spice lard, pickled pearl onions, mustard seeds and mustard mayonnaise.
- Sagafjord's homemade curry herring with eggs and everything.
- Faroese cold smoked salmon with gravad vegetables, quark and winter salads.
