Our kitchen follows the Danish seasons, therefore changes can in the menu occur
LUNCH
Lunch DKK 285,-.
Sagafjord's lunch is served as several small dishes to share on the table
- Sourdough wheat bread and rye bread + butter with Læsøsydesalt and seaweed dust
- Herring marinated in apple cider from Bjerregård, horseradish and fennel layer with quail eggs and fennel crudité
- Organic cold-smoked salmon, quark, glass cabbage and poppy seeds
- Egg salad with root vegetables from Stensbølgård and herb salad with prawns
- Smoked venison leg from Klosterheden's game with cabbage, pumpkin and currants
- Blue cornflower and firm cheese with salt crystals Fyrtårnet, lemon salted almonds pickled gooseberries
Children's menu 225,- kr.
- Breaded cod, potatoes, vegetables and mayo
- Vanilla ice cream and chocolate
Valid for children up to 12 years old
Additional purchase
- Petit four Blackberry pie, light brownie with rose hips and chocolate 95,- kr.
- Cake of the day 49,- kr.

Sagafjord’s evening menu is served as a sharing menu. The food is made from scratch, from selected Danish seasonal ingredients and reflects the surrounding environment you will experience on your trip with Sagafjord.
The menu is designed to offer something for everyone.
SEASONAL SHARING MENU NIGHT
Share menu evening 395,- kr.
- Sourdough wheat bread + butter with Læsø sea salt and seaweed dust
First serving
- Consisting of several smaller dishes:
- Salmon tartare with lemon curd, horseradish and apples
- Smoked venison leg from Klosterheden's game with cabbage, pumpkin and currants
- Celeriac in two preparations
Second serving
- Consisting of several smaller dishes:
- Duck breast with caramelized onions and plums and herb salad
- Butter-fried emperor hats from Tvedemose
- Variety of beets
- Crushed potatoes, sage, chips
Dessert
- Mocha cream with nut meringue, hazelnuts and gooseberries
