Sagafjord now offers modern smørrebrød for lunch. Inspiration comes from our sister restaurant Café Fjordliv at Roskilde Harbour, from Danish classic cuisine and from the season’s delicious ingredients.
The important thing for us at Sagafjord restaurant is the choice of ingredients, which as always reflects the Danish season, ecology and what the skilled Danish farmers have in the fields right now.

Lunch DKK 375,-.
The butler's selected smørrebrød
There are three pieces per guest, plus plunger coffee and sweets
The portion sizes are adapted to normal hunger.

- Organic cold-smoked salmon, horseradish cream, horseradish snow, watercress, and pickled glass cabbage
- Danish pork loin rolled with herbs and slow-cooked, served with beets baked in apple cider vinegar, green asparagus, green salad with vinaigrette, and small potatoes tossed with wild garlic cream
- Cream dessert served with quickly baked rhubarb and burnt white chocolate
Children's Menu 225,- kr
- Breaded cod, fried potatoes, vegetables, and remoulade
- Ice cream with berries and white chocolate
Additional purchase
