- Danish organic pork cheek from Bertels Gris braised in cider from Bjerregård with herb salad, blackcurrant pickled pearl onions and crispy capers
- Cod steamed in Bjerregård cider with herb salad, blackcurrant pickled pearl onions and crispy capers
Dessert
- Cold toast panna cotta served with kammerjunker and broken gel on rhubarb
